  • I would like a demonstration of an inspection camera, is that possible?

    You can easily request a demo via our website. We will be happy to explain how our systems work and you can also try out the inspection camera yourself in our showroom.

    Is your company located outside the Netherlands or Belgium? Ask us for the local dealer in your country for a demonstration.

  • What is the price of an inspection system? How do I ask for an offer?

    Are you interested in one of our inspection systems, such as the MiniFlex? Please ask here for a quotation. We will be happy to help you.

Shipment & delivery

  • How are the inspection systems shipped?

    The inspection systems of Camtronics can be shipped via different ways.

    • Self-collection: You can pick up your inspection system yourself at our location in Son.

    • Shipping within the European Union: Within the EU, our inspection systems are shipped with DPD.

    • Shipping outside European Union: Outside the EU our inspection systems are shipped with FedEx.

    For shipments the extra transport costs will be charged. In both cases you will receive a track-and-trace link to follow your package. Your inspection system will be sent to the nearest Pick-Up Point. Here you can collect your inspection system.

    Do not forget to bring valid proof of identity with you to the Pick-Up-Point.

  • Is it possible to pick up my purchased inspection camera myself?

    Yes, it is possible to pick up your purchased camera at our location in Son. Please contact us for an appointment.

  • What is the delivery time of an inspection system?

    The delivery time is variable and can therefore change at any time. Please contact us for current delivery times.

  • I have a defective inspection system from another manufacturer. Can you repair it?

    For both maintenance and repair of your sewer inspection camera you have come to the right place at Camtronics. We have the knowledge and experience to maintain and repair other brands of inspection cameras. We are happy to check if we can repair your inspection camera of another manufacturer. However, this does depend on the availability of parts from the manufacturer concerned. Please contact us for the possibilities.

  • My inspection system or smoke generator is not working properly, what should I do?

    First consult the manual of the relevant inspection system. If the problem is still not solved? Please contact us. We will be happy to help you.

  • What is the warranty period that Camtronics uses?

    On all systems from Camtronics is one year warranty.

  • What should I do if my inspection system is not working properly?

    Is your inspection system or smoke generator defective? First of all, you can consult the manual of the system in question. Still can't find a solution? Please contact us to submit a repair request.

    Our workshop will issue an examination report/repair quote. The choice of whether or not to have your system repaired is yours. Research costs will be charged for the investigation, if the repair is carried out, these costs will no longer be charged.
